Pool email subscriptions

If you subscribe and confirm your email address, contact@btcpowlab.com will use it only for relevant pool communications. The private operator panel stores your email, confirmation time, language and subscription status. Each update includes an unsubscribe link. Your address is not shared with other recipients. Resend processes delivery on our behalf. You can also request removal through contact@btcpowlab.com.

Inbox read reports

When you expand a pool message, the app reports the message identifier and the payout address being viewed to the pool’s private control panel. We retain the first reported opening of each message per address to understand which notices have been seen. These reports do not prove who opened the page. No browser identifier or IP address is stored in this report. Unread counters remain local to each browser and address; earlier local read flags are not uploaded.

Controller

Power CM Software, established in Germany, operates BTC PoW Lab Pool and is responsible for the processing described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@btcpowlab.com.

Mining identifiers

A payout address and worker label are required to attribute valid work. Generic pages truncate finder identity. Miner and worker dashboards are excluded from search indexing, and no complete address leaderboard is published.

Network information

Operational systems necessarily process connection metadata for security and reliability. Worker IP addresses are not exposed on the website and are not included in the sanitized statistics projection.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics is not loaded unless a visitor accepts optional analytics. Consent is stored in the visitor's browser and can be changed through “Analytics preferences.” Analytics is not required to mine, and advertising storage and personalization remain disabled.

Public statistics

The website consumes aggregates from a separate read-only projection. It cannot access the residential SQLite ledger, Bitcoin Core RPC, wallet material or the private mining transport.

Privacy requests

Privacy or data-handling questions can be sent to contact@btcpowlab.com.
